MyDreams Application Terms of Service

These Terms of Service define the rules for using the MyDreams mobile application (hereinafter: "Application"). Installation and use of the Application constitute full acceptance of the following terms.

1. Definitions

  • Administrator – the creator and owner of the MyDreams application, contact: contact@mojesny.app.
  • User – any natural person using the Application.
  • AI (Artificial Intelligence) – algorithms from third-party providers used to generate dream interpretations.
  • Account – a collection of resources and permissions assigned to the User within the Application system.

2. Nature of Service and Disclaimer

  • The Application is used for keeping a dream journal and generating interpretations using AI.
  • Important: Dream interpretations generated by AI are for entertainment and informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, therapeutic advice, or professional diagnosis.
  • The Administrator is not responsible for the content generated by AI, including interpretations that the User may find subjectively disturbing or inappropriate.
  • Decisions made by the User based on the analyses available in the Application are made solely at their own risk.

3. Usage Model (Freemium) and Payments

  • The Application operates on a freemium model. The User has access to one free dream analysis session per day. This limit is assigned to the User Account and verified on the server side.
  • Full access to Application functionalities requires purchasing a subscription or a session package.
  • Payments are processed by external operators: Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or the Stripe system (for the web/PWA version).
  • In the case of subscriptions, renewal occurs automatically unless the User cancels it before the end of the current billing period in their profile settings or with the payment operator.
  • Prices displayed in the Application are gross prices (including applicable taxes).

4. Technical Requirements and Account

  • A device with iOS or Android and an active Internet connection is required for the full operation of the Application.
  • Account registration takes place through third-party providers (Google/Apple).
  • The User agrees to use the Application in a lawful manner.
  • The Administrator reserves the right to temporarily suspend the Application's operation for technical reasons.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Application name, logo, interface, and source code belong to the Administrator. Copying or modifying elements of the Application without the Administrator's consent is prohibited.

6. Account Deletion

  • The User can delete their Account at any time in the profile settings.
  • Account deletion results in the irreversible removal of the Dream Archive and all associated data from the Administrator's database.

7. Final Provisions

  • For matters not regulated herein, the provisions of GDPR and the law applicable to the Administrator's seat shall apply.
  • The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the service after changes constitute their acceptance.
